I am running service pack 2But when I go to apply the hotfix, it statesHotfix for Exchange Server 2003 (KB938673) Setup ErrorSetup has detected that the version of the service pack installed on your system is lower than what is necessary to apply this hotfix.At minimum you must have service pack 2 installedI verified again that I have service pack 2, and the hotfix still wont apply.What can I do?

Two points over here1. Make sure that you are checking the Exchange 2003 SP and not the Windows SP. You can verify the Exchange 2003 SP by going to Exchange System Manager > Expands Servers and then go the proerties of the server. You should see the SP installed mentieoned over there.2. If SP2 is already installed, then reinstall it and then check. There would be no harm in reinstalling SP2 and then install the hotfixHarpreet Singh Khandiyal (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375)

Hi,Additionally, if you have Frontend servers, apply the hotfix on Frontend servers first and then on backend servers.ThanksAllen
